qqds2001@hotmail.comBaden Nima was born in Danbar County in Kham area Tibetan (Danbar County in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Region in Sichuan Province), China in May of 1958, where he had primary and secondary education from 1966 to 1977. He got PhD in education field at Northwest Normal University of China with professor Li Ben-dei. He practices a complex, from a primary school teacher, headmaster to a professor and dean of the faculty of education Sichuan Normal University, interdisciplinary approach in his research and combines perspectives from pedagogy, psychology, sociology, economics, philosophy, politics and history. At present he is dean of the Faculty of Education Sichuan Normal University and professor, tutor for undergraduates as well as a supervisor for postgraduates. His researching is how to develop education in order to help children to get common knowledge and the ability to live a good life in a multicultural society. For this research he will use different cultures as materials, for example Tibetan and Chinese culture, and also other eastern and western cultures. He has also researched the other social problems related to economy, agriculture and gender.
